SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

When you order has shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number, as well as estimate of when it should arrive. 

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

At this time, we ship via USPS to customers in the United States only at this time. I do not have a retail location for in person pickup. 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

I want my customers to be happy, so I will do my best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 business days of receipt. Simply email RoseHasThose@gmail.com or use the form on the contact us page.

As all items are handmade when I receive the order, please expect 1-2 business days before shipping to create your item before it is shipped. We currently use USPS Mail for all packages. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer International delivery. This is something we hope to offer in the future.
